Chronic ectopic pregnancy with echogenic tube & large clot in near vicinity. Anteverted Normal size Uterus surrounded by moderate amount of free fluid/ blood. Right adnexal shows CL & beyond uterus there is blood clot, which is around irregular rounded structured that is GS. Just near to CL echogenic tube which can nicely appreciated, is due to long standing blood surrounded to tube.
A patient aged 26 years, admitted with c/o of pain in lower abdomen having irregular bleeding PV.
TVS: Painful TVS with mild free fluid in POD; having Lt adnexal Mass of 6-7cm size; ectopic pregnancy of left fallopian tube with lots of free fluid & blood clots.
Preg-card strongly positive but no intra uterine GS seen so strong possibility of ectopic pregnancy.
Advise Laparoscopic Management.
